Most pages don’t fail because of one big problem. They fail because of many small ones. The wrong keyword, a vague title, thin content, two pages competing for the same search, no internal links. We match each page to the search it should win, then improve the content, structure and links so Google and readers understand it.
What on-page SEO covers
- Keyword-to-page mapping: one clear target search per page, based on what people actually look for and what the page can realistically rank for.
- Search intent: making sure a page matches what searchers want, whether that’s a guide, a comparison, a product or a service.
- Titles and meta descriptions: written to earn the click, not just to include a keyword.
- Headings and structure: one clear H1 and logical subheadings, so the page is easy to scan.
- Content improvements: filling gaps, adding examples and answering the questions buyers ask, without padding.
- Internal links: linking related pages with descriptive anchor text, so authority flows to the pages that matter.
- Keyword cannibalisation: finding pages that compete for the same search and merging, redirecting or re-targeting them.
- Images and schema: alt text, file sizes and structured data where it helps.
- Trust signals: clear authorship, contact details and accurate claims, which matter for buyers and for Google’s quality guidelines.
How we work
1. Page and keyword review
We look at your pages, what they rank for now in Search Console, and what competitors rank with. Then we build a keyword-to-URL map so every important page has a clear job and no two pages compete.
2. Prioritised recommendations
For each page you get specific changes: the new title and meta description, heading changes, content gaps to fill and internal links to add. Pages closest to page one, and pages that bring in leads or sales, come first.
3. Implementation
We can make the changes directly in WordPress or Shopify with your approval, or hand them to your team. Every change is logged so you can see what was updated and when.
4. Review
After a few weeks we compare impressions, clicks and positions in Search Console for each page we worked on, and adjust where needed.
What you get
- A keyword-to-URL map for your important pages
- Page-by-page recommendations you can act on
- Rewritten titles, meta descriptions and headings
- An internal linking plan
- A change log and a before/after review in Search Console
What we won’t promise
We won’t promise a number-one ranking or a fixed amount of traffic. On-page SEO improves your chances by making each page clearer and more useful. Competition, links and Google’s own decisions affect the result too.
On-page, technical and links work together
On-page work is most effective when the site can be crawled and indexed properly, and when key pages have links from relevant sites. See our technical SEO services, guest posting services and broader SEO services. Running a store? See Shopify SEO.
On-page SEO FAQ
Will you rewrite all my content?
No. We start with the pages that matter most and change only what will make a difference. Some pages need a new title and a few links; others need a proper rewrite.
Do you do keyword research?
Yes. It’s part of the keyword-to-URL map. We use Search Console data and keyword tools, and we don’t make up search volumes.
Can you work on a new website?
Yes. Mapping keywords before pages are built avoids a lot of rework and cannibalisation later.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many pages you want us to work on and whether we implement the changes. Tell us about your site and we’ll send a quote.
How do you measure results?
We compare impressions, clicks and average position in Search Console for each page we changed, before and after.
